About
Mercy is a UK based vocalist/topliner with roots in soul, gospel and folk music. Her gifting’s range from vocal arranging, expressive vocal dexterity and fresh innovative toplines.
For 11 years, she has had a solo career performing in different setting as a backing vocalist, vocal arranging for choirs and groups and writing with different artists.
In 2017 she was a finalist in a national songwriting competition and was given the opportunity for a year long mentorship programme with Future Productions to hone her craft.
She completed her Songwriting MA at Tileyard in 2024, during which she worked with an array of different songwriter and producers (including her mentor, Bandit) and has seen success in pitching a topline to Raz Nitzan.
Her future plans are to continue to collaborate with others as a songwriter as well as release some of her music in the new year.
